$2,495.00 per 12 hour day from arrival at the site to departure.
Includes an engineer and an assistant.
Overtime will be charged back at $225.00 per hour.
Accommodations for out of town engagements extra.
A 50% deposit 14 days prior to remote, or start of travel,
would be required to confirm the booking.
Travel time is charged back at $50.00 per hour plus $.50 per kilometer.
Destinations over 300 kilometers from Toronto
will be charged a flat $1250.00 per travel day, plus fuel and accommodations.
Tape, shipping, customs brokerage fees and sales taxes extra.
